Student InternAt — Evolve Artists Agency

Seeking a student intern with interest in working in the entertainment industry, and specifically in talent representation. Seeking students with strong communication skills, organization & attention to detail, multitasking skills & a strong work ethic.

Tasks:

They will be assisting agents with filing & organizing paperwork for new talent, communicating with talent, casting, and agents regarding auditions and bookings, and adjusting calendars for when talent are out of town. There will be additional tasks that come up and will vary day-to-day.

Training:

The training will be done through job shadowing, and an overview/contextualization of assigned tasks.

Learning Outcome:

1. Understand the way the commercial, theatrical, & print audition and booking process works
2. Communicate effectively between talent, casting, and the agency representatives.
3. Understand the audition process and how talent casting operates.
