Volunteer Soccer CoachAt — Mt. San Antonio College

Tristan will help the Men's Soccer Program at Mt. San Antonio College in the capacity of a volunteer soccer coach. He will be setting up training session stations. He will help build teams for training sessions. 

Tasks:

-Creating train session exercises
-Developing communication skills with players and staff

Training:

Tristan will be shadowing Assistant coaches and head coach during training sessions. He will be given task on how to build training exercises. He will be able to sit in the pre-game and post-game talks

Learning Outcome:

Tristan will learn to organize a soccer training session.
He will learn to communicate with coaching staff and players.
He will learn how to deliver a pre-game and post-game talk.
