Opportunity Summary 

Tasks

The intern will demonstrate their learning outcomes through the development of the artist biography catalogue for Artistic License, the organization and interface and identification of student volunteer teams for the Artistic License event and the Muckenthaler Family Holiday Festival children's arts projects, artist welcome packages, the media information campaign for the Sunset Garden, Artistic Licensee, and Holiday Festival.

Training

To help the intern achieve the proposed learning outcomes, I will co design event specific projects with them. We will determine feasibility and sequential preparation as well as help them manage their teams and projects. This will be done through biweekly meetings emails, phone calls and site visits.

Learning Outcomes

1) Gain experience with community arts and art education interface through hands on experiences.

2)Design and execution of event specific projects for public arts education purposes.

3) Gain field experience with arts educators, para educators, arts administrators and non profit patrons.
