Opportunity Summary
Assists physical therapist with patient care by preparing the treatment area and the equipment that will be used, taking patient through their exercise program that is given to them. As well as cleaning up the area that was used for the next patient.
Opportunity Learning Outcomes
I hope to gain more hands on experience in the physical therapy setting, learn more about patient care and how different disabilities will need different adaptations. As well as improving my own communication and teamwork skills, learn how to properly care for each patient in their rehabilitation process.
