Unpaid, remote opportunity for 5–30+ flexible hours/week, with flexible start and end dates. Join students nationwide working to strengthen youth civic engagement and activism on issues such as climate change, criminal justice, reproductive rights, gun violence prevention, and voting rights. Interns work in teams on voter registration and turnout, grassroots organizing, advocacy, research, writing, and community action. Benefits include community service hours or course credit (with school approval), leadership and communication experience, networking, letters of recommendation, awards including the President’s Volunteer Service Award, and access to the TurnUp Speaker Series. TurnUp is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that has registered 400,000+ young voters since 2019 and completed 90,000+ hours of GOTV volunteering. Applications are rolling. We’ll follow up within about a week.
