Opportunity Summary 

Position Description 

  • Conduct training related to public health for clients and staff
  • Create pamphlets to hand out concerning public health-related issues
  • Provide support to clients struggling with issues related to homelessness
  • Start a support group for clients
  • Other assignments as needed

Learning Objectives and Outcomes

  • A better understanding of a non-profit organization
  • A better understanding of homelessness and intervention strategies to help vulnerable populations
