Organization Description

Hope Horses & Kids is a non profit equine learning program designed to help local kids with social and emotional difficulties or disabilities. It's core philosophy involves an instructional approach that includes the teaching of positive life skills: respect,responsibility, relationships, boundaries,empathy, choices and consequences.

Program Information

We provide services to children and adults year round, so there are always opportunities to assist with riding and ground work sessions. Horse care is daily/year round. This includes grooming, exercising, feeding. Students will not be asked to clean stalls.
