Organization Description

Elica Health Centers is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), aka a Community Health Center, providing integrated care in primary care, dentistry, behavioral health and podiatry. Our mission is to serve those in greatest need of help. We serve all patients, regardless of their abiltiy to pay for services.

Program Information

Students will be completing diagnostic assessment, complex case management, assisting patients in navigating the health system, assisting patients in accessing resources in the community, and providing clinical services.

Hours of operation 

We have nine traditional clinics and two mobile clinics. Two of our fixed sites are open Monday through Saturday, 8 am - 6 pm. One of our fixed sites is open Wednesday - Saturday, 8 am - 5 pm. One of our fixed sites is open Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm. The remaining three sites are open Monday - Thursday from 8 am - 6 pm. The hours for the mobile clinics vary, and the mobile clinics do visit weekend events, like health fairs and other community events.
