Romoland Early Childhood department is comprised of Early Head Start, Head Start and State Preschool programs. These programs provide high quality educational settings for students as well as support families in being their child's primary educator. Mission: Partnering with families to support students in achieving academic and lifelong excellence through quality education and health services during their child's early years.
