Cornerstone Family Counseling Services

Organization Description

Cornerstone Family Counseling (CFC) is a 501 (c)3 non profit organization that provides counseling services which include; individual, couples, family, groups and parenting. We also provide case management services for individuals who need linkage to more resources. The mission is to be known for exceptional quality of services that promote Healing, Kindness, Faith, Hope and Love of individuals, families and marriages. We will partner with others in our community to advance the health and wellness of our community through, integrated services, collaboration, and cooperation with local groups and agencies.

Program Information

Shadowing and then conducting mental health assessments, developing treatment plans, writing progress notes, provide group services, attend trainings, attend county collaboratives for suicide prevention and maternal wellness, attend supervision, may do home visits for case management, evaluate programs and provide recommendations based of current research, develop policy and procedures, create a training ppt, provide community presentations to partners.
