Program Information Samueli Academy is an independent charter founded in 2013 under the Orange County Department of Education and is a program of Orangewood Foundation. Samueli Academy is located in Santa Ana, California in the heart of Orange County. Samueli Academy currently hosts about 125 students per grade level, for a total of 670. Samueli Academy has graduated three senior classes prior to 2020 and launched a Middle School Program beginning with 7th grade only in the fall of 2020.
