Organization Description

The K-16 Collaborative Border Region Talent Pipeline is a team of education, workforce, economic development and industry stakeholders committed to increasing access to high-wage, high-demand careers in business, computing, engineering, education and healthcare for diverse and underrepresented local talent in San Diego and Imperial Counties. Program Information

Students must have applied directly with K-16 Collaborative and already been offered an opportunity to place at this site. 

Health & Safety

Students are W2 paid employees covered by workers compensation.  Sites that students are placed with sign a contract with K-16 Collaborative and must abide by safety regulations and insurance requirements.
