Organization Description

Our mission is to inspire and support every member of the LGBTQ+ community by creating a culture of well-being. We envision a healthy, vibrant, and diverse intergenerational LGBTQ+ community, safe and secure in their persons, schools, work, and homes; fueled by a spirit of collaboration with each other and the greater community. TDC offers LGBTQ+ affirming MH services to Youth, Family Members, Adults, Seniors, & LGBTQ+ residents of Santa Cruz County. MH services include individual, relational, family, and group counseling and case management. We offer affirming trainings & workshops.

Health & Safety

  • Computer Literacy
  • Driver's License
  • Must be 18 or older
  • Bilingual Desired

We provide mental health services to LGBTQIA+ youth who are a vulnerable population and a student may be working individually with clients. LGBTAIA+ youth are an identified high-risk population for self-harm.
