I was not sure about the populations served as it was worded. There are NO populations with criminal history or violent behavior but there may be elderly or minors all of which have already have waivers and assessments done. All minors are accompanied by parents or guardians. All practitioners have training prior to taking on any of these populations or any client in general. Any special case situations I place with my more experienced practitioners.

On supervision it is not often for there to only be 1 staff member on site but on occasion a staff member may open or close the store alone. This would be less than 5% of the time. For example they work 20 hrs and on one of those days they have 1 hour by themselves at the end of the day to close the store as they were the last person with clients. When there is not a supervisor there the student either has assigned tasks or clients on their schedule.
