Program Information Pacific Pioneer Insurance Group is an insurance holding company, encompassing four different but related insurance corporations.\r\nUCA General Insurance Services (UCA) is an MGA (Managing General Agent) providing commercial insurance packages through independently appointed retail brokers. UCA offers exclusive commercial package policies for Restaurants, Hotels, Condo Associations, Gas Station Mini Marts, Apartments, and other classes.\r\nPacific Excess Insurance Marketing (PEIM) is our Wholesale Brokerage, writing Standard, Excess & Surplus and Workers' compensation insurance. \r\nPrecision Risk Management (PRM) is our Claims Administrator. PRM handles claims on policies written with UCA General.\r\nUnico Insurance Agency (Unico) is our retail agency that began our organization. Founded in 1980, Unico's main customer base is the local Chinese-American immigrant business community. Here we developed our base of restaurant and small business customers and over the decades grew and expanded our business into what it is today.
