The West Covina Police Department is a law enforcement agency that provides police services to the residents of the City of West Covina. Our mission is to provide the highest level of service and protection to the community while cooperatively enhancing public safety as the department progresses into the future. As an agency, we aim to utilize innovative, proactive strategies to prevent crime and improve the quality of life for residents.
