Program Information A Place Called Home's mission is to inspire, encourage, and support the young people in South Central Los Angeles to achieve social-emotional and economic success.\r\nFounded in 1993, in response to the LA Civil Unrest, we\u2019ve since evolved into a dynamic, multi-service youth and community center serving youth in elementary through high school and into mid-twenties, and their families.\r\nWe are dedicated to creating a safe, nurturing environment where young people can thrive, regardless of their zip code.
