Organization Description

Our mission is to provide love, care and hope for individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities and their families. Villa collaborates with families and other caring agencies preparing for the day when all persons with developmental disabilities are empowered to live and work as independently as they choose and are acknowledged as fully valued members of their communities.

Programs and Services Offered

Villa Esperanza Services is the only agency in the San Gabriel Valley offering a full range of programs, residential programs, and intellectual programs. We serve individuals with autism, cerebral palsy, Down Syndrome, mental retardation, epilepsy, schizophrenia, brain disorders, speech disorders, cognitive disorders and other disabilities within Los Angeles and Ventura counties.

Health & Safety

Background Check required. If volunteer is interested in direct service aka working with our clients, proof of a negative tuberculosis test current with the last four years is required. The volunteer must cover the cost of the TB test and tests can be administered through a doctor's office or clinic.
