Program Information

Santa Cecilia is an exciting apartment community, located in the Boyle Heights neighborhood, East of downtown Los Angeles.  It offers affordable housing to those who qualify. It is also an apartment community that has conserversion energy and energy effecient programs. they offer a mix of 1,2 or 3 bedroom apartments.
