HealthCorps

Organization Description

HealthCorps is a national nonprofit committed to saving lives by addressing health inequities in at-risk communities through education, leadership, and service learning. We empower teens to become change agents within their families, schools, and neighborhoods. Limited access to health education can lead to lifelong social, emotional, and physical challenges, including increased risk for mental illness, chronic disease, poor economic outcomes, and lower life expectancy. Through innovative approaches to health and wellness, we are committed to equipping today’s youth with the tools to become more physically and mentally resilient.
