Organization Description

NERI has as its core mission to develop sustainable innovative solutions to our growing environmental challenges. (NERI) is a 501(c)(3) environmental organization focused on transforming organic waste into a resource for ecosystem restoration, climate resilience, and community development. NERI’s mission is to reduce greenhouse gas emissions by diverting organic waste from landfills and converting it into biologically active soil used to restore degraded landscapes, improve soil health, and increase water retention. NERI sees waste as an essential tool for ecosystem restoration.
