Business AnalystAt — Retech Labs, Inc.
Review, analyze, and evaluate business systems, user needs, and business processes. Create test scenarios and execute tests on software (as needed) to confirm fixes and/or new application functionality; coordinate with technical team on testing results for new feature. Work with business users to troubleshoot and resolve issues with the application; escalate to and work with the internal team to resolve issues. Facilitate meeting and other administrative task.
Ability to measure and monitor progress to ensure application releases are delivered on time with minimal unplanned impact. Document, manage, research and communicate business requirements from the initial stakeholder meeting, to the final solution assessment and validation phase. Demonstrate organization skills, prepare written and oral presentations, facilitate meetings, and respond to conflict professionally. Build and enhance business intelligence capabilities by adapting the appropriate technology and software solutions. Ability to lead stakeholder meetings and cross functional discussions.
Student will be shadowing supervisor and working closely with them.
This is a typical office setting with behind the desk opportunity analyzing and studying data. There are no safety concerns.
