Opportunity Summary 

This position will be working with a team of 5-6 accounting team members. The accounting department is led by our Director of Finance, who has 40-plus years of experience. We're a growing organization that is looking to continuously change and adapt to the trends and the needs of our organization and the people we serve. Opportunity Learning Outcomes 

The in and out of receiving and processing invoices; how to communicate with the funder and negotiate the best terms for the organization; work as a team to maximize accounts receivable to create a fluid cash flow; experience the concept of "wearing multiple hats."

Additional risk specific to this opportunity 

During the pandemic, the organization requires all staff to wear a face covering when indoors, regardless of vaccination status. The safety guidelines will change according to the local public health agency.
