Opportunity Learning Outcomes 

This position is responsible for assisting the Site Director in program development and implementation, supervision of children and working as a member of a team. Staff is responsible for ensuring children’s social, physical, spiritual and mental development in the program.
Plans daily and monthly activities for the program, usually themed.
Supervise and be actively involved with children assigned to your activity area. You are responsible for the health and safety of children at all times.
Provide leadership for activities. Both small and large group activities (i.e., sign-in, out/circle time/huddle/values discussion/asset development/games & crafts).

Specific vision abilities are required by this job include close vision, distant vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.  While performing the duties of this job, the employee works near moving mechanical parts. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.  Sufficient strength, agility and mobility to perform essential functions of position and to supervise program activities.
