Play Flag Football is part of the largest NFL youth flag football organization in the country for boys and girls Pre-K (4 years of age) through 10th grade. This program provides young players a fun and exciting opportunity to engage in non-contact, continuous action while learning lessons in teamwork. At Play Flag Football running the best flag football leagues in the country is all we do! As an Event Coordinator you will oversee the game day operations for our Sunday flag football league as well as help out with other special events that we hold.
Oversee game day operations.
Set up and break down league booth.
Meet and greet customers.
Actively create relationships with and provide support for all coaches and officials.
Responsible for setting up and breaking down game fields.
Oversee and handle game situations/conflicts.
Ensure implementation and provide knowledge of all rules of the game, as needed.
Clean up of the fields and surrounding areas throughout the day.
Weekly communication with and support of the staff at headquarters.
Ensure all players and coaches are having a great experience.
We have multiple online trainings before our season begins. We also have hands on training at the field where they are shadowed by a supervisor.
Employees are required to go through a background check process before officially starting the position. They are also taught the correct way to set up equipment (canopy tent).
