Extreme Blue is IBM's premiere internship program for engineering and MBA students. We put together teams of interns to solve real world business problems by creating innovative technology.
Opportunity Learning Outcomes
In this program, you'll learn to work with IBM business and technical mentors to rapidly prototype a go-to-market product in an agile environment.
Opportunity Training
There is a robust first two weeks of training through workshops and presentations to teach students concepts for agile, design thinking, teamwork skills, leadership skills, and more. Throughout the program, there is extensive presentation feedback training, patent building, and career development training.
