Opportunity Learning Outcomes 

Interaction Designer - Design end to end user experiences through brainstorming, conceptual models, use cases and scenarios, personas, wireframe mock-ups, interactions flows, low-fidelity prototypes, and specification documents

Opportunity Training 

Onboarding and walking through process. Allow them to own a small feature and push that feature through from beginning to end.
