This person will be responsible for technical support across various product lines, and will be using SQL queries often. This person will work closely with customer support managers, product, quality and development teams to understand our backend technology, product workflow, installation process, and customer use cases. This person should also have a good understanding of customer support procedures, processes, and platforms.
