We are looking for a DevOps Software Engineering Intern with a strong background in software to join the DevOps Infrastructure team in San Jose. This team is responsible for designing, implementing, deploying and maintaining framework & tools for successful testing of AMD products. You will be involved developing tools in python and other scripting languages in enhancing the development & test infrastructure and automating the devOps processes. You will have a view of the full DevOps system but also will become an expert in certain DevOps components.

Opportunity Learning Outcomes 

Responsibilities Student will learn how to: Provide automation solutions for the devops processes Support, enhance and maintain existing infrastructure tools Writing specs, documentation for tool development & user guides Providing support to testing & development teams distributed geographically

Opportunity Training 

Intern will work directly with manager and other full time engineers on the team to learn the skills necessary to complete the resposibilities.
