Community/Student VolunteerAt — Assistance League of Temecula Valley
Volunteering at Assistance League of Temecula Valley allows students to become familiar with the inner workings of a large non-profit. Our primary generator of funds is our 24,000 square foot thrift shop, that along with grants and donations, supports our seven community philanthropic programs in Southwest Riverside County.

Students will learn to communicate effectively and to work along side member and community volunteers of all ages, races and creeds with a shared goal of supporting identified at-risk children and families in Southwest Riverside County.
Students will be trained as Community Volunteers in our Thrift Shop and sorting area by experienced members and/or Department Chairs.
Gloves and masks are provided for volunteers.
Student candidates for Community Volunteers are required to report to the Day Manager, take a brief tour of the operation, fill out a Community Volunteer information application, and be trained and supervised while volunteering.
