Working with ages 4 to 13 years oldAt — Footsteps Child Care Inc.
Aaminah will with work in a diverse school helping with problem solving, emotional regulation, homework assistance, arts, and crafts, and parent engagement. She will learn to help children with big feelings, work with second-language learners, remedial children, children on the spectrum, and others who participate in the program. She will learn about resources, ddrp's, and much more.
The insight from this learning service and how human development theories and research apply to working with children. Aaminah will learn the different ways in how to work efficiently with staff members from a directors position.
No training needed
We have no safety issues. We have evacuation plans in case of a disaster and we have daily health check ins with the children.
