Roles in the FSRC: * Scholar - 11-15+ hours/week on average of research, outreach, or projects relating to the FSRC. Forensic Science Undergraduate Scholars will be paid $19/hour for the time worked on research, outreach, or experiential learning through a criminal justice agency. Scholars will have the opportunity to participate in a conference paid for through the grant. * Interns - 5-10+ hours/week on average of research, outreach, or projects relating to the FSRC. Interns are unpaid and will be able to apply for open Scholar positions in the future. It is best for those who cannot provide 15+ hours/week with an agency or focus on research. Opportunities will be based on current research and outreach projects, though interns can select their own experience/tracks among the available options. * Volunteer - Up to 5 hours/week on average of research, outreach, or projects relating to the FSRC. Volunteers are unpaid and have the opportunity for future internship and scholar positions. Best for those with restricted ability or first-year students looking to gain experience and knowledge.

Opportunities will be shared through internal CSUEB notification mechanisms (major, affinity centers, BaySync, signage). There are both paid and unpaid opportunities.
