At Omatochi, we begin our internship program with a pre-skills assessment to understand each intern's proficiency level, allowing us to tailor onboarding and training accordingly. Paired with experienced mentors, interns receive hands-on training and guidance, fostering a collaborative learning environment where questions and feedback are encouraged. Our team culture values continuous learning and growth, providing interns with opportunities to participate in workshops, shadow experienced professionals, and work on real-world projects. Through this comprehensive approach, interns gain practical experience, develop valuable skills, and prepare for successful careers in their chosen field.
At Omatochi, we prioritize the safety of our interns whether working remotely or in our Dublin office. Remote interns have access to secure communication channels, ensuring a safe work-from-home experience. For those opting to work from our office, we strictly adhere to local health guidelines, implementing measures such as regular cleaning, social distancing, and the provision of personal protective equipment. Our commitment to safety ensures that interns can focus on their professional growth and contribute effectively to our team, without any safety concerns.
