Sports Equity InternshipAt — Positive Coaching Alliance
Our Sports Equity Interns are motivated college students or recent graduates who are looking for a unique opportunity to gain meaningful work experience contributing to community projects that address the sports equity gap and promote positive youth development. Interns will be a part of PCA’s Community Impact Department where we focus on shifting systems, recruiting and training coaches, building capacity for sports-based youth development providers, and influencing key stakeholders. Reporting directly to the Community Engagement Director in their geographical area, the Sports Equity Intern supports initiatives through research, administrative coordination, and on-site assistance with community stakeholders and PCA partners.
