Opportunity Learning Outcomes

Opportunity Training 

Students will receive comprehensive training to prepare them for their roles. This includes an initial orientation covering the school’s mission, values, policies, and the unique aspects of Catholic education. Students will also engage in classroom observation to learn effective management and instructional strategies from experienced teachers. Throughout the internship, they will benefit from mentorship and personalized coaching, receiving regular feedback and support. Practical workshops will provide hands-on training in lesson planning, classroom technology, behavior management, and communication. Additionally, students will participate in reflection and review sessions to evaluate their progress, and they will receive guidance in developing their research or project, ensuring a strong connection between their academic studies and practical experiences.
