Opportunity Summary 

The student will be able to successfully operate a baseball program of 60 players. Organizing practices, meetings, games, and schedules against other successful club teams. While teaching the fundamentals of the games and team camaraderie. Also, provide mentorship to those students who need guidance.

Opportunity Learning Outcomes 

The student will have learned to be organized and develop management skills to build a successful team that works together on and off the field. This leadership will help the student meet these challenges in the future.

Opportunity Training 

Training will be individual sessions with the Lead Organizer of the event. Additionally, scheduled meetings with the Lead Organizer to review the Action Plan.
