Opportunity Summary 

Puzzle Piece Athletics empowers neurodivergent athletes through inclusive, adaptive fitness programs tailored to their unique strengths and needs. We work with individuals across the neurodivergent spectrum—including those with autism, ADHD, and other cognitive differences—to build confidence, physical health, and a sense of belonging through movement.

Opportunity Learning Outcomes 

the end of the program, students will have gained a solid foundation in functional fitness and the principles of movement progression and regression. They will understand how to effectively implement exercises using a combination of vocal cues, physical prompts, and movement modeling. Additionally, students will be equipped with the skills to adapt and deliver fitness instruction specifically for neurodivergent athletes, ensuring safe, supportive, and effective training experiences tailored to each individual’s needs.

Opportunity Training 

Students will shadow current coaches and will have the opportunity to host their own 1:1 training sessions.
