Mr. Nagesh will spend up to 6 months working in the Kara Davis laboratory at Stanford University School of Medicine where he will work as part of the research team in the analysis and interpretation of single-cell, high-parameter data from cancer tissues.

Opportunity Training 

Mr. Nagesh will receive foundational training in safety and working in a laboratory environment as per Stanford SOM requirements. Dr. Nagesh will gain experience working with single-cell data files for proteomics and transcriptomics data in R and Python.

Additional risk specific to this opportunity 

Dr. Nagesh will complete required safety triaining. The research internship does not involve hands-on experimental work.
