Students will receive hands-on training on Rushnu’s proprietary carbon capture and mineralization systems, including process flow, safety protocols, and analytical techniques. They’ll be guided on operating and monitoring pilot-scale equipment, interpreting data, and troubleshooting. Additional training will cover basic lab practices, process modeling tools, and sustainability assessments. Regular mentorship from senior engineers and participation in cross-functional meetings will further support their development and understanding of how technical work ties into broader commercial goals.
Students will work in a controlled lab and pilot environment with standard chemical processing equipment. They will receive safety training covering PPE requirements, chemical handling, and emergency procedures. All activities will follow established safety protocols under direct supervision. Safety data sheets (SDS) and standard operating procedures (SOPs) are readily available, and adherence to Rushnu’s strong safety culture is expected at all times.
