computer based - Assist in the design and launch of targeted digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and Facebook to drive awareness and enrollment, Assist in the development of SEO-optimized blog posts, videos, and infographics on supply chain topics (for ex - analytics, network design,
technology trends) that tie back to MicroMasters courses, Utilize tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager to monitor key metrics such as click-through rates, cost-per-click, conversion rates, and enrollment completions, Map the learner journey from awareness (ad click) to action (course sign-up), identifying drop-off points and optimizing touchpoints like email follow-ups or retargeting ads, Assist in the set-up of the Digital platform for running the courses, coordinate synchronous events, and assist with supporting the MMx helpdesk account.
