Croissante is a bakery dedicated to introducing the extensive culture of bread and pastries to the Bay Area! FOH staff members are trained to study our products and origins. We feature both the traditional art of artisan breads, along with fun and exciting modern fusion concepts.

Opportunity Training 

Management and/or leads initiate a one-on-one walkthrough period to discuss the basic duties and responsibilities of the general FOH staff, usually lasting three work days. Along with the walkthrough, we provide them with resources to review everything at their own leisure.

Additional risk specific to this opportunity 

Food Handler Certification is required from all staff members, so that we can execute safe food handling practices.
