As an AI Process Improvement Intern, you’ll help evaluate and implement practical AI-driven solutions across accounting and tax workflows. You’ll work on real operational challenges, help build scalable internal tools and processes, and gain exposure to how emerging AI technologies are being deployed inside a fast-growing technology company.

Training will be reinforced through written documentation (SOPs, style guides, or process manuals) that the intern can reference throughout the internship.
This is an office-based role with no physical safety hazards beyond standard workplace conditions. The intern will work in a professional office environment or remotely, using company-issued/approved equipment, following standard workplace safety practices (e.g., ergonomic workstation setup, emergency evacuation procedures, general office safety guidelines provided during onboarding). As the role involves handling financial and potentially sensitive data, the intern will also be trained on data security and confidentiality protocols, including password/access management, secure file handling, use of approved AI tools only on non-sensitive or appropriately anonymized data, and compliance with the company's data privacy policy. The intern will be provided guidance on maintaining a secure home-office setup, including use of VPN/secure networks when accessing company systems.
