Wireless Testing InternshipAt — UL Solutions
As a Wireless Testing Intern at UL Solutions, the student supports wireless device testing and validation to ensure compliance with regulatory safety standards related to radio frequency (RF) exposure. This role involves working with automated testing systems, collecting and analyzing measurement data, and utilizing software tools to process and interpret results from equipment such as signal generators and power meters.

UL Solutions provides structured supervision through an established mentorship and training framework. The student is guided by experienced SAR & RF engineers who provide daily direction, assign tasks, and review outputs to ensure technical accuracy and compliance with established testing protocols. Training includes hands-on experience with testing systems, data collection processes, and analytical tools, supporting continuous development under professional supervision.
The intern may need to occasionally lift objects up to 60-80 pounds.
