Opportunity Summary 

The intern will help organize data, create simple reports or dashboards, analyze patterns, and turn data into clear recommendations that help Thought GPS improve user growth, engagement, retention, content strategy, and product experience.

Responsibilities

  • Track app, marketing, user engagement, creator activity, and content-related metrics
  • Help organize data in Google Sheets, Excel, PowerBI, dashboards, or reporting tools
  • Monitor downloads, signups, active users, content creation, listening activity, retention, and growth trends when data is available
  • Analyze which marketing channels, content types, routes, campaigns, or user segments appear to perform best
  • Support reporting on creator activity, listener behavior, route coverage, and campus or local growth efforts
  • Help identify usage patterns, drop-off points, product friction, and opportunities for improvement
  • Create simple charts, summaries, dashboards, or weekly metrics updates for startup leadership
  • Research useful benchmarks for consumer apps, creator platforms, travel apps, location-based apps, and campus marketing
  • Translate data into clear recommendations and next steps
