DBT Center of Silicon Valley (DBT CSV) is an outpatient psychotherapy clinic in the SF Bay Area, providing comprehensive Dialectical Behavior Therapy to adults, adolescents and their families. DBT Center of Silicon Valley is the premiere local resource for DBT to treat disorders of emotion dysregulation. We specialize in the prevention and elimination of suicide and self-injurious behaviors, and treatment of post-traumatic stress. Clients engage in voluntary therapy to decrease problem behaviors and increase their emotional and behavioral capacities in order to achieve personal goals and create more fulfilling lives. DBT Center of Silicon Valley strives to bring emotional freedom to individuals and families suffering from intense emotional pain and problematic patterns of coping. Our vision is to create a community of mindful and compassionate individuals and families to improve the quality of life for those in the larger community of the Silicon Valley.
