CovEducation (or “CovEd”) is a community of undergraduates, postgraduates, students and educators from colleges and universities across the U.S. who are interested in supporting K-12 students in light of the pandemic. We created a free virtual platform for pairing mentors from higher education institutions with K-12 students affected by school closures. We are also working to compile free, web-based educational resources for students, families, and educators, as well as partner with schools and other non-profits to improve the learning experience of K-12 students.

CrossFit Jibboom is a strength and conditioning facility that develop individuals, athletes, and teams to reach elite levels of fitness. CrossFit workouts are comprised of constantly varied functional movements like pushing, pulling, squatting, lifting, and running, executed at high intensity. CrossFit is an education about movement, fitness, nutrition and community. All of these things require responsibility, common sense, and work to educate oneself using all the tools available in the community. CrossFit also offers many specialty seminars, including kids, defense, endurance, mobility, football, Olympic lifting, Power lifting, striking, rowing and striking.

Harmony Health & Wellness Center, Inc. is doing business as CrossFit San Leandro. CrossFit San Leandro is a fitness and sport training facility conveniently located in the East Bay.  We offer group fitness classes, personal training, Olympic weightlifting, competition prep, licensed physical therapy, and kids fitness programs.

Our CrossFit-based group class workouts are written and monitored by Ruth Pardue, Doctor of Physical Therapy to ensure a well rounded and safe program designed specifically for CrossFit San Leandro’s members.
