The mission of BOSS is to help homeless, poor, and disabled people achieve health and self-sufficiency, and to fight against the root causes of poverty and homelessness. BOSS develops solutions to mass homelessness, mass incarceration and community violence and is dedicated to the inclusion of people marginalized by addiction, trauma, criminality, incarceration, poverty, racism, sexism, homelessness and violence. BOSS programs serve over 4,000 people throughout Alameda County each year.

We are a volleyball club that provides technical volleyball skills and training. Our program also focuses on offering life lessons and promoting a strong mental health approach. Crucially, we ensure that no child is left behind, regardless of their ability to pay for the club experience.

Richard J Donovan Correctional Facility (RJDCF) is one of the CA Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation facilities that houses approximately 3000 inmate-patients. RJDCF has one of the largest health care systems in all CDCR institutions, with a large mental health department that employs recreational therapists among its staff. This staff also includes psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers. The mission of the California Correctional Health Care System (CCHCS) is to reduce unnecessary morbidity and mortality and protect the public health by providing inmate-patients with timely access to safe, efficient health care, and to coordinate the delivery of medical care with mental health, dental, and disability programs. CCHCS strives to facilitate the successful reintegration of the individuals in our care back to their communities equipped with the tools to be drug-free, healthy, and employable members of society by providing education, treatment, rehabilitative, and restorative justice programs, all in a safe and humane environment.

California Magic SC was founded in 2012, with a vision to add value to the World by coaching our members to reach their dreams and unleash their potential. We provide a year-round developmental program for 550 members aged 5 to 18. Our mission is to educate, inspire and empower excellence through a transformational soccer experience.
