Contra Costa Health Plan (CCHP) is a county-sponsored health-maintenance organization (or HMO) that provides managed care for more than 200,000 people in the county. CCHP is the primary managed-care provider for Medi-Cal beneficiaries in Contra Costa and we also manage smaller plans for county employees and homecare workers. Our members have access to hundreds of family medicine doctors and specialists in our provider networks. CCHP members also enjoy a wide array of medical benefits as part of their plans from primary care to specialty care to dental services to prescription medications.

The Cosumnes CSD is dedicated to enhancing the quality of life of the residents, businesses, visitors, and employees within our diverse community by protecting lives, property, and the environment through superior fire suppression, emergency medical services, fire prevention, and special operations response; and by providing parks and recreation services through well-maintained parks and recreational opportunities for health, wellness, and social interactions.

CovEducation (or “CovEd”) is a community of undergraduates, postgraduates, students and educators from colleges and universities across the U.S. who are interested in supporting K-12 students in light of the pandemic. We created a free virtual platform for pairing mentors from higher education institutions with K-12 students affected by school closures. We are also working to compile free, web-based educational resources for students, families, and educators, as well as partner with schools and other non-profits to improve the learning experience of K-12 students.

To provide a safe and fun environment for kids of any age to learn the sport of swimming. We offer a wide ranging program from Learn to Swim Lessons to Olympic development and everything in between. We want to use the sport of swimming to help young people learn life lessons and become the best they can be both in and out of the water.

We are a growing Physical Therapy practice and we would like to give students the opportunity to have outpatient experience.

Students will work along with staff to support programs and be involved in outreach to students in one of the 7 programs under Student Equity and Success. Work events, provide tours, panel discussions, etc.

Student Life and Leadership Programs provides opportunities for student learning beyond the classroom and enhances the mission of the university through the coordination and support of a variety of special programs that promote campus life, leadership and community engagement. Special programs include New Student Orientation, Parent & Family Programs, Transfer Student Programs, and the recognition, maintenance, and development of student clubs and organizations. Student Life and Leadership Programs supports and promotes lifelong leadership development, hosting a variety of student leadership conferences and workshops throughout the year and coordinates with various campus partners to host a diverse variety of campus life programs and events.
