Provides hotline runaway and homeless youth offering shelter options, mediation, information and referral, and phone or in-person counseling. Provides free, immediate help to youth ages 0-17, including immediate housing in a foster home, crisis counseling, family mediation, transportation and referrals. Center is a Safe Place site. If a longer stay is needed, the youth would likely be placed in a foster home for shelter. SAFE Place is not a long-term shelter.

In addition to legal services, Oasis provides individualized case management for at risk clients. We train organizations and advocates around the Bay Area on how to represent LGBTQ+ immigrants and support litigation efforts advocating for the rights of, and expanding public awareness about, LGBTQ+ asylum seekers.
