WellPath Partners is seeking a part-time Senior Care Advising Intern to join our team. Intern will play a vital role in data collection as well as writing articles for the company's website. They will work directly with the WellPath Partners staff to ensure successful execution of projects. Please note this is an unpaid internship.
Data collection and entry of senior care facility services, pricing, and contact information.
Making phone calls to administrators of senior care facilities.
Sending emails to administrators initiating a relationship between them and WellPath Partners.
Writing blog posts for our Wellness Blog.
Attending and participating in WellPath Educational Seminars several times throughout the semester.
Working on special projects as needed.
As a senior care advising intern, they will have in-person training on how to complete projects that help us to better understand senior health. These projects may include but are not limited to research on the following topics: skilled nursing facilities, medi-cal community based programs, and current senior health initiatives. Interns will become familiar with the different options for senior living and be able to suggest what type of community is needed based on care level. This position also includes aspects of data entry, data research, and blog writing.
