Who we are looking for:
Well Path Partners is seeking a part-time Senior Care Advising Intern to join our team. Intern will play a vital role in data collection as well as writing articles for the company's website. They will work directly with the Well Path Partners staff to ensure successful execution of projects. Please note this is an unpaid internship.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited not, the following:
- Data collection and entry of senior care facility services, pricing, and contact information.
- Making phone calls to administrators of senior care facilities.
- Sending emails to administrators initiating a relationship between them and Well Path Partners.
- Writing blog posts for our Wellness Blog.
- Attending and participating in Well Path Educational Seminars several times throughout the semester.
- Working on special projects as needed.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will work 10-15 hours per week and must demonstrate a strong work ethic, work independently with minimal instruction, follow through with tasks to completion, show initiative and an eagerness to learn. They should possess a compassion for Senior Care and have done background research prior to hiring.
Skills Desired:
- Strong communication skills
- Proficient knowledge in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Powerpoint
- Administrative experience preferred but not necessary
- Self-motivated and organized, time management
